The 28th Division Association collects, preserves and makes accessible the firsthand recollections of U.S. military veterans who served with the 28th Infantry Division from World War II through more recent conflicts and peacekeeping missions, and from Gold Star Family members. The stories help future generations hear directly from veterans and better understand what they saw, did and felt during their service. The recordings become part of the Association archive and with the permission of the veteran, the recordings are made available to the public through a link on the Association website.
