
Balancing a college education with a military career presents significant challenges. The 28th Infantry Division Association commends Pennsylvania National Guard members for their commitment to both academic achievement and military service. Each year, the Association awards scholarships, at the discretion of the Executive Council, to eligible Pennsylvania National Guard members pursuing higher education as full-time students in accredited trade, vocational, or undergraduate degree programs. The Association awards four annual scholarships of $750 each through the Pennsylvania National Guard Scholarship Awards Program.
