
Even with benefits provided through the Montgomery GI Bill and Educational Assistance Program (EAP), many Soldiers still face financial challenges in pursuing higher education. The 28th Infantry Division Association Scholarship Fund was established to help bridge this gap by providing financial assistance that supports access to additional educational opportunities. Scholarship funds may be used to offset education-related expenses such as tuition supplements, textbooks, room and board, laboratory fees, and other required costs. The Association awards four annual scholarships of $750 each through the Pennsylvania National Guard Scholarship Awards Program.
The Scholarship Fund is supported entirely through private donations. Interested benefactors may contribute directly to the fund by completing the donation form below or by mailing contributions to:
28th Infantry Division Association Scholarship FundThis endowment may also be included in estate planning to ensure that charitable gifts are used in accordance with the donor's philanthropic intentions. The 28th Infantry Division Association is a registered nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Association is entirely volunteer-run, and 100 percent of all donated funds are directed to the specific fund designated by the donor.
